As the first equitable transit-oriented development on the South Side, 43 Green is a multi-phase housing development anchored by the 43rd Street Green Line station. Located in Bronzeville–a century-old hub for Chicago's African American community–the development is a collaboration between many community design partners and is comprised of two mixed-use buildings, each including more than 50% affordable units, and delivers high-quality, amenity-rich affordable housing alongside commercial space.
