Designed to reflect Legacy Early College's whole-student approach to education, the new 4K-8th grade school empowers urban scholars to become productive citizens prepared for the challenges of a changing society. The sprawling building leverages the surrounding agrarian landscape through thoughtful site strategies that maximize views, natural light, and indoor-outdoor connections. These strategies cultivate a place-based learning experience, enabling students to develop social and emotional skills in tandem with their academic instruction. Programming is tailored to Legacy Early College's student-centered pedagogy, which prioritizes a holistic blend of academic, social, fitness, and wellness curriculum.

Academic core areas will encompass general classrooms, STEAM laboratories, special education facilities, and dedicated focus rooms. These core areas are designed to facilitate individualized and small-group instruction, allowing students and staff to engage in various learning experiences as needed. Academic spaces will integrate technology to support laptops and tablets, providing students and staff with enriched educational opportunities.
